When working with some law firms, you may think that you are working with an experienced lawyer. In truth, your case may have been given to an associate attorney. This can result in receiving legal advice from an individual who has practiced law with lesser experience, making it possible and maybe even more difficult for your legal issues to be fully resolved to your satisfaction.
At The Law Office of Fred Simon, you will work closely with an attorney that has more than 45 years of experience as a negotiator, litigator and consultant. I bring seasoned legal skills to every one of my clients' cases. In every area of the law that I practice, whether it be in creating a trust or resolving probate and estate administration issues, or in business, real estate or bankruptcy counseling issues as well, I provide competent and cost efficient legal advice for clients throughout Kentucky.
